Description

Revised Guidelines for Examination in the European Patent Office will enter into force in June 2012.

The European Patent Academy is organising a seminar in co-operation with the epi to provide an overview of the changes and the impact they may have on a patent practitioner's daily work. Presentations and discussion will clarify the EPO's role, but also highlight the profession's view.

Target groups

This event is directed to practitioners who are active in the prosecution of European patent applications before the EPO.

Registration fee

A registration fee of EUR 250 is levied.

This fee covers seminar material and catering for the whole event for one participant. The fee cannot be split and is once paid only refundable until 29 days before the first seminar day. After this date, there is no refund possible.

Payment of the registration fee can be made by either

• MasterCard or Visa
• direct debiting of an EPO deposit account
