Description
This seminar will provide participants with an introduction and overview of patent infringement and litigation procedures at an introductory level. The two day event will cover both substantive and procedural issues related to patent litigation in Europe.
Target groups
National judges from the EPC member states from courts competent to deal with patent cases.
