Description
This workshop is intended for advance users who are familiar with the standard functions of the Online Filing software as well as the formal requirements for filing patent applications and performing subsequent actions in the EP procedure.
The morning session of the programme is dedicated to Online Filing while the afternoon includes an introduction of the recently launched Mailbox & MyFiles services.
Target groups
Patent attorneys and support staff responsible for filling out forms using the Online Filing software. The workshops are for users with experience of Online Filing.

09.30 - 12.30: Online Filing workshop with the focus on formalities and the procedural features highlighting the most significant changes over the past two years.
12.30 - 13.30: Lunch Break
13.30 - 15.00: Update on EPO's Online Products and Services. Introduction to Mailbox and MyFiles.
15.00 - 15.30: Questions and answers
Registration fee
The workshops are offered free of charge. Registered participants who are unable to attend are requested to inform the organisers as soon as possible, to allow others to take their place.
