Description

This workshop will cover the essential aspects of material transfer, and will explain why agreements and contracts are needed when certain materials such as reagents, animals and cell-lines are shared with other companies or research institutions. It will explain how these agreements and obligations can impact upon existing and future intellectual property rights and the use of research results, equipment and methods.
