This distance learning course has been designed for patent examiners at national offices and comprises a series of ten virtual classroom (VC) sessions on the use of EPOQUE Net. These virtual presentations are embedded in an e-learning course which also comprises additional practical exercises. The VC sessions are live and scheduled for every second Wednesday of the month. Tips and tricks on efficient use of the EPO's professional patent search tool will be brought to participants by experienced EPO examiners. Features of eventual new roll-outs will be included in the course.
During the VC sessions, the participants will have the possibility to communicate live with the experts and ask questions (see "VC guidelines for participants"). The VC sessions will be recorded and released in the course. Each one takes approximately 1 - 1,5 h. See dates under "Venue details".
