Description

This workshop is intended for advanced users who are familiar with the standard functions of the Online Filing software as well as the formal requirements for filing patent applications and performing subsequent actions in the EP procedure. A brief look into PCT and the UK National form upon request.

The morning session of the programme is dedicated to Online Filing while the afternoon includes an introduction of the recently launched Mailbox & MyFiles services.

09.30 - 10.00: Registration & welcome coffee

10.00 - 12.30: Online Filing workshop with the focus on formalities and the procedural features highlighting the most significant changes over the past two years.

12.30 - 13.30: Lunch Break

13.30 - 15.00: Update on EPO's Online Products and Services. Introduction to Mailbox and MyFiles.

15.00 - 15.30: Questions and answers
