Description

Participants will learn how to use the new functionalities available in EPOQUE Net under the new version 3.70. 

This self-paced distance learning course consists of an e-learning module and a video illustrating EPOQUE Net use. It also offers the possibility to share questions, answers and experiences by means of a dedicated online forum as well the opportunity for direct interaction with an EPO search expert during a virtual classroom session.

Objectives

On completion of this course participants will have understood the new functionalities of the 3.70 version of EPOQUE Net and their respective implications for their daily work.

Prerequisites

Participants should have a minimum of 1-year experience in search and examination at a national office and experience in working with EPOQUE Net. A very good command of the English language is required, both orally and in writing.

Venue details

The on-line course will be hosted on the Internet and accessible 7/24. The virtual classrooms (VC) are scheduled as below (change of dates might occur). In order to accommodate the different time zones, each VC session takes place twice. Participants can choose  the time which suits them best.

VC (1): 09.04.2013 at 09:00h CEST and 15:00h CEST

VC (2): 15.04.2013 at 09:00h CEST and 15:00h CEST

Technical requirements:

In order to attend the on-line course participants need a computer with an internet browser and a high-speed broadband internet connection. For joining the virtual classrooms, no additional software is needed, however, security settings on local Firewalls need to be checked. For more information please see the "VC guidelines for participants" under "Downloads". The use of headsets is recommended.
