Description

This seminar provides in its first part an in-depth training on IPR management, as well as an insight into IP audit and evaluation tools.

A focus is set on IP valuation and IP risk assessment.  

Another issue is IP audit and the related procedures thereof. Practical examples of IP valuation, infringements and IP audit will be presented and discussed.

Participants will have the opportunity to present and discuss their own cases with experts and other participants of the seminar.

In its second part, the seminar develops the dos and don'ts in patent commercialisation.

Prerequisites

Ideally participants shall have a minimum of 2 years experience in the field of IPR management. Furthermore, a good command of English, both orally and in writing, is required.
